Weekend of fabulous folk

Folk fans are in for a treat this weekend (September 20 and 21).

A weekend-long folk event takes place at Burntwood Institute featuring a host of different acts.

On Saturday evening performances take place from 7pm with Marie Little and Fred Wedlock (of the top ten hit The Oldest Swinger in Town fame).

On Sunday afternoon doors open at noon, performers Windfall and Stool Pigeon on stage from 2.15pm.

On Sunday evening The Elbow Jane Band and Harvey Andrews take to the stage.

A bar and refreshments are available all weekend.

Tickets for the whole weekend are £16, Saturday only £13, Sunday £10 from John on 01543 686236 or 07846 101720.
